Little Matias came not too long ago for his in-studio newborn session. His parents kept the gender reveal as a surprise until he was born and oh, what a joy he brought to his older sister as well as his parents!

His family came from South Whidbey, so not too long of a drive as my Anacortes or Snohomish clients but long enough to make you want to grab lunch before heading back home! We got to accomplish all the sets I have prepared for him and he didn’t make a peep during the entire session.

His parents invested in the maternity + newborn session bundle. I offer different tier packages that can fit every family's needs. The idea is for you to take home beautiful wall art that can be treasured by your family and hopefully passed down to the generations to come.

The length of a newborn session varies depending on the package chosen, but on average they take anywhere between 1.5 and up to 3 hours. I work patiently with your baby to make sure the posing is done safely and comfortably for the baby. Time for snuggles and breaks are also accounted for in those average session times.

The best time to book your newborn session is during the second trimester to make sure that you get a spot on your due date month. I am often booked three to four weeks in advance, and ideally, you want to have the newborn session between 5 and 15 days of the baby being born.

My studio is equipped with all you need for your session. Lots of props and options for wraps and backdrops. All you need to worry is about showing up for your session and I will take care of the rest.
