Rosario Beach WA

Spring Family Session

Let me start this blog entry with something that truly describes how I feel: I love nature and I love families. Nature + Loving Families = Photography Magic.

It would be an understatement to say that all of us living near or in Whidbey Island are lucky. All the lack of common metropolitan amenities is surpassed by the beautiful natural sights around every corner. I do have a list of several favorite spots around the Island, but Rosario Beach is definitely on the top of my list.

The location lighting and grass colors change according to the season. But, there is something that always remains: the variety of backdrops in just one location!

From grassy areas with seasonal wildflowers to dramatic cliffs, mountain, and water view backdrops with lots of rocky stepping stages in between and, of course, a beach: this is one of those locations where you can have it all.

From the moment that you decide to update your family portraits and you pick me as your photographer, I will guide in every step of the way. From selecting what you will wear and give you tips on how to prepare to make the most out of your session: I will make sure that you receive every piece of information you possibly use to make this a memorable, stress free experience.

My favorite time of the year to hold family sessions is during late Spring and early Fall: perfect weather temperature that allows for a wide range of wardrobe options. The idea is to create timeless portraits that will match every season in your house walls decoration.

They say you only get 18 summers with your little ones. I say we only get our present time to make and capture precious memories with the ones we love.

Do not skip updating your family portraits every year. I promise you will never regret investing in memories that will be encapsulated in the form of a picture and treasured by the generations to come. And, if you are lucky enough to live nearby Anacortes or Whidbey Island, WA…let’s go to Rosario Beach for your session!
